Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): FREE on orders over $75 / $5.99 on orders under $75
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The Ballsack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at theballsackofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
